EMOTI LABS SELECTED AS OFFICIAL DISTRICT PARTNER BY RSSS FOR ARR FRAMEWORK DEPLOYMENT.

SALISBURY, NCEmoti Labs, The Scientists of Big Feelings , today announced a successful vendor contract with the Rowan Salisbury School System (RSSS) for the implementation of the proprietary Academic Readiness & Regulation (ARR) Framework. This partnership elevates Emoti Labs from a program provider to an essential strategic vendor, focused on increasing instructional time and elevating staff competency across the district.


This initiative is a direct response to the critical need for evidence-based solutions in managing high-frequency behavioral precursors in the K-5 setting.


A Shift from Content to Systemic Solution

The RSSS contract validates the core philosophy of Emoti Labs’ proprietary Emoti Science™ : that understanding a child's Psycho-Emotional Profile (PEP) is the root of effective mitigation. The ARR Framework is being deployed as a dual-component system:


  • Emoti-Pro Behavioral Systems Training: A high-fidelity teacher training program based on the Registered Emotional Specialist (RES) Curriculum. This training equips educators to understand the physics of student emotional energy (Primal Sensory Acuity, or PSA) and apply targeted, in-the-moment protocols to manage disruptive behaviors.


  • Lurnsters ARR Curriculum & Emoti-Breaks: The K-5 component provides students (Learners) with the necessary self-management skills via engaging Learning Missions and Emoti-Breaks—low-lift, high-frequency movement interventions that mitigate classroom transitions and chaos.


Foundational Partnership

Koontz Elementary School will serve as the foundational launch partner for the ARR deployment, providing real-world data and proof of efficacy.


This partnership ensures that RSSS educators are trained not just on what to teach, but on how to implement the Intrinsic Accountability Model (IAM), thereby transforming the classroom environment and delivering immediate, measurable ROI to the district.
